Terms & Conditions


We do reserve the right to increase prices without notice, but we would not do this after an order has already been placed.



We always strive to give an accurate description of each product, but due to the handmade nature of the goods, slight variations in colour, size or materials may occur.  We may have to substitute materials with similar, if and when necessary and we reserve the right to do so.  Any substitutes made will always be as accurate as possible to the original used and will be of equal, or if not, greater value.



If any errors have occured on personalised items and the error is on our part, they will be corrected free of charge and re-dispatched to you.  Any errors on the customers part will incur a charge of £5 per correction.  Any goods with errors must be returned to us for inspection and confirmation.  So please ensure when ordering that all spellings of names etc are correct.


Order Confirmation:

When we receive an order confirmation, it doesn't initially indicate that a contract between us exists.  We will acknowledge acceptance of your order, which then binds us into a contract, only once payment on your order has been authorised and cleared.  If after receiving your initial order, there are any reasons why we can't or won't be able to fulfil your order, you will be notified immediately.


International Orders:

Sometimes goods can be damaged in transit and in the unfortunate event that this happens or the goods are unsuitable, then they must be returned to us immediately.  We will refund or exchange items that are damaged or faulty within 7 days of receipt, but they must come back to us in the condition that they were received and we will be liable for those shipping costs.  Goods that are unsuitable must be returned to us within 7 days, in their original packaging and must be in a saleable condition, but we will not refund p&p in these circumstances.  Personalised goods are not returnable or refundable (unless damaged in transit) and p&p charges are not refundable.  Please contact us before returning any goods.  Please post goods back our address on the contacts page.


Lost Items:

Goods that have been ordered and have been posted by special delivery will have a tracking number associated with that parcel and so we will endeavour to do everything we can, in tracking any item lost in transit.  If the parcel is untraceable for whatever reason and accepted lost by the carrier, we will replace the goods.  This condition only applies to parcels posted on special delivery, which require a signature.  We cannot be held responsible for any parcels that go missing due to the fact that there was nobody in to sign for the delivery.  It is the customers responsibility to ensure that someone is in to take the receipt of the goods.  If there are parcels returned to us because of this, then they will be re-dispatched to you as soon as we have received them from the carrier, but we will not cover the extra p&p cost.



Payments are processed using the paypal secure on-line payment system.  You do not have to create a paypal account to do this.  Should you wish to pay by bank transfer or cheque, then please e-mail us at: sales@craftsnorthwales.co.uk for information on how to do this.


Shipping Costs:

We charge a flat rate for most goods, any larger goods will be charged at an extra cost.
